Terms of Use

These terms define the rules for using L2Kit, submitting servers and communicating with the administration.

1. General provisions

These Terms govern the use of L2Kit.com and its public sections.

By continuing to use the website, visitors confirm that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable provisions.

The administration may update the Terms. A new version takes effect when published.

2. Purpose of L2Kit

L2Kit is an information ranking and announcement directory for independent Lineage 2 servers.

L2Kit does not own, develop or operate listed game servers and does not provide access to the game itself.

3. Website functions

  • viewing server announcements and opening dates;
  • filtering by server type, chronicle and rate;
  • viewing the opening calendar;
  • submitting a server for moderation;
  • reviewing advertising placement information;
  • contacting the administration through official channels.

4. Server submissions

A person submitting a server confirms that they are authorised to provide project information and are responsible for its accuracy.

The name, domain, rate, chronicles, opening date, tags and owner contact must reflect the actual project.

  • submitting another project without permission is prohibited;
  • using an unavailable or substitute domain is prohibited;
  • misrepresenting an opening date, chronicle or rate is prohibited;
  • duplicate submissions intended to bypass moderation are prohibited.

5. Moderation and publication

All submissions are moderated. Form submission does not guarantee publication.

The administration may reject a submission, request clarification, correct an obvious technical error, change its status or archive a server.

  • duplicate submissions;
  • inaccurate information;
  • an unavailable project website;
  • malicious or redirecting links;
  • violations of ranking rules or third-party rights.

6. Advertising placements

TOP, Super VIP, VIP and banner positions are separate promotion formats.

Terms, duration, price and availability are agreed with the L2Kit administration.

Advertising payment does not remove moderation requirements or permit inaccurate information.

7. User obligations

  • do not interfere with website operation or infrastructure;
  • do not attempt unauthorised access to administrative sections;
  • do not create excessive load through automated requests;
  • do not distribute malicious code, spam or prohibited material;
  • do not copy L2Kit design, code or materials in violation of applicable rights.

8. Third-party websites

Server cards link to independent websites. Visitors follow those links at their own discretion.

L2Kit is not responsible for their content, security, availability, rules, payments or software.

9. Availability and liability

The website is provided in its current form. Temporary interruptions, network errors and maintenance may occur.

The administration does not compensate losses related to third-party projects, files, payment systems or services.

10. Final provisions

Disputes should first be submitted through the official L2Kit contacts.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
